Tori Cox

Chiropractic Assistant

Tori is one of our bubbly and welcoming chiropractic assistants and she’ll be one of the first people you meet when you enter our practice. She grew up in Taranaki and has spent nine years dedicated to rowing, with the highlight of representing New Zealand internationally.

She completed a Bachelor of Sport, majoring in Strength & Conditioning with Nutrition at the University of Canterbury, and has coached rowing for the past two years and swimming for six years. Her coaching is grounded in both technical knowledge and a genuine care for the people she works with, perfect skills for working in the Proactive Chiropractic Care office.

Tori’s own health journey has given her a deeper understanding of the impact small, consistent changes can have. Since starting chiropractic care at Proactive, she has noticed better sleep, clearer thinking, and an overall lift in energy, insights that shapes the way she supports others on their wellness path in our practice.

Outside of work, Tori keeps active with rowing and running, enjoys time with friends over coffee, and loves experimenting with new baking recipes.
